First service visit after purchasing our 2020 Enclave for oil change, tire rotation, etc. Everything went very well and they found a GM service bulletin to replace the brake pads in the rear. I was able to get some work done while I waited, too. Excellent experience overall.
Kevin was AWESOME! He treated me with first class service! He greeted me when I pulled up and he provided a loaner car quickly. Kevin contacted me and provided me great options and advised me what needed to be done quickly to resolve my issue.
Suzanne was excellent to work with! She gave us various vehicle options to aid in the process! She was patient and kind. She even gave us a surprise thank you gift upon purchasing!

Great people who are very service and customer oriented. I am concerned about the number of recall that this vehicle has had 2 already. Hopefully the recalls do not continue
Computer light came on. Battery voltage was low. Changed battery. All works great now. Very happy with car and service. Keep up the good work.
