I met with Robert from Ewing Saturday morning and by 2:00 in the afternoon I was driving out with a new 2020 GMC Sierra Elevation. Robert made it a enjoyable process. Very professional and congenial. I look forward to being part of the family.
This is the best and nicest dealership I have ever been too. I’ve had more issues with my new truck than one would hope for but Jim Bearden has absolutely been great to work with. He gets me into a nice truck to use while they work on mine and keeps me updated on the progress. Never had a better experience while dealing with a not so great issue!
Jim, at Ewing, provided me excellent service. He was a great communicator, fast and provided us with a great loaner car for a couple days.
