Satisfied with experience Greeted soon as I entered service area. My usual service advisor was off so I went to a different advisor. Very helpful. Explained everything and answered my questions. Said we would get it back around 2:00 pm. Went to pick it up and it was not ready. There was an accident in the shop area that caused a backup on work. This was not dealers fault.
