I can't say enough great things about Excel ER in longview. Came in tonight and from the time I walked in the door I was extremely well taken care of in a way that I knew that they cared about my well being. Unfortunately I'm having to spend the night but I feel like I'm at home. Thank you Excel ER and a special thank you to an amazing nurse Jessican that took great care of me and my family.

We received excellent care this afternoon at Excel ER. I had just barely finished filling out paperwork when they called us back to an exam room. Nurse Rena was so nice and calming with my terrified 5 year old. Dr Jacobson was also very nice and took time to explain everything he was doing and why. He answered all of my questions about the medications my daughter was given and told me exactly what to expect. The care we received was totally worth the 45 minute drive from Magnolia.
