Awesome staff and great care. I went in with an abcess and they were so good about taking care of me and really concerned about my pain. Not to mention they tried really hard not to mess up one of my tattoos that was near the abcess. Definitely the people to see when you are needing help.
After being awakened by another kidney stone a little after midnight, I went to the new Good Shepherd Northpark on Hawkins Pkwy, and after an hour in the waiting room, I left and went to Excel ER on the Loop. They were SO amazing!! Before I even got in, I threw up all in their flower bed � The med asst came outside to check on me and walked me inside. Went with my dad and they took such great care of him! They were really informative and explained everything to me so that I understood what was wrong with him. So thankful for them and really appreciate how they treated him with such kindness and compassion. Wonderful staff and amazing facility I Highly recommend Excel ER!!

If you want quality care, go to Excel! The physicians, nurses, everyone was wonderful! We didn't have to wait long to see the doctor. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. After assessing my son, the doctor came up with a plan of care that helped my son tremendously. The facility is very clean and organized. We highly recommend Excel!!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Excel ER last night. The whole staff was very sweet and personable. I saw Dr. McWilliams and he made me feel very calm and comfortable while doing the procedure I needed, which means a lot to me! I will definitely recommend this place to everyone and will go back if my family of myself ever needs emergency care.
