I loved my experience at Excel ER!!! My 5 year old son was was running a high fever and was really sick. My sister had gotten to the ER before I did, and she made the staff aware of him coming in. The staff was waiting as my son and I entered into the building. The staff was very caring and passionate during our visit there. They were constantly checking on my son to make sure he was alright and offered him snacks. He was even able to go home with a toy and a tshirt. He was a completely different kid than when we came. Nice people, short wait, in and out in 15 minutes, no charge (since no treatment was given). Try it out. 4 1/2 stars.
Great nurses and doctors! I was in and out within an appropriate time after being treated for a concussion. And their follow up on their patients is outstanding. I had to call back with a couple of questions and they were more then happy to answer them. Good place to go in case of an emergency.

After my second round of kidney stones struck and my co-workers made me go to the ER, I couldn't be more grateful that they took me to Excel. All of the staff are amazing! I have never been treated so good in a hospital, not even when I had my daughter's. I would highly recommend Excel to anyone!!

If it wasn't for these people I wouldn't be here today! 2 days after going here I was in emergency surgery! When Longview Regional dropped the ball and almost killed me.. Exel ER saved my life!! Thank you all and may God bless you!!

Went to the ER in town first and the wait was just ridiculous with a 4 year old so we drove from Marshall to try Excel for the first time and very impressed!!! No wait at all and everyone was soo kind and great with my son. Clean and very nice! We will defiantly be using Excel ER from now on.
