Took my buddy Ira to excel and they fixed him up with a smile! He is our school Coach and there was an accident at a cross country meet in Kilgore. Exceeded our expectations and would recommend their services and facilities to anyone with an emergency. Would compare with the big E.R.s in the big city. Very knowledgeable staff. Local doctors. You will not be disappointed!

I went to Excel ER after crashing my motorcycle really hard out on Barnwell Mountain Resort. I thought I had broken my arm. it was swollen and I was in severe pain. I don't like going to emergency departments, but this was a great experience. There was no wait. I was in the back being seen by the Excel Team inside of one minute. Exam, x-rays, etc. and all was good. No broken arm. The Excel people know their stuff and they really make you feel safe and cared for. Couldn't of been more pleased with my visit. We were out of town and my daughter broke her collar bone. This place gave immediate care to her and everyone was great! Even got check up calls and a sweet card in the mail today that cheered her up. Seriously the best!!!

Injured my hand at work and literally ran to Excel ER in hopes they could take care of me. They did more than just stitches, they made me feel like family. They called to follow up with how I was healing and even sent a card in the mail that was personalized. Thanks for providing excellent customer care and over the top medical attention to an accident prone person like me.

Had an awesome experience!!!!! Even though my eye is sore Dr. D and his staff we're amazing!!!!!! I recommend anyone that needs a great and beautiful place, an awesome and knowledgeable staff, oooh and some great snacks while you wait.... KEEP UP THE GREAY WORK!!!!!

My experience with Excel ER was absolutely top notch. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by friendly front desk staff and was quickly admitted. To top it off, I was seen by a nurse within 5 minutes of walking through the door and the doctor shortly after. Everyone on staff was extremely friendly, professional, and exhibited excellent bedside manner. I genuinely felt as though they cared and I wasn't just another patient.
