This place is so awesome. The people are SO CARING, kind and they're very thorough. Dr.White and McWilliams are great with children as well which is a big plus for me. Thank ya'll for being so caring and getting us out of there in a timely manner!! Also, another plus is it's VERY CLEAN. I'll be coming back if I need anymore medical attention. �

This place is amazing! My husband needed to be seen last, so we tried this place. No wait time. Very clean. The entire staff was super friendly from the receptionist to the nurse to the Dr. Very hospitable. We had to wait on labs, so they moved us to room with a fold out chair for me. There was free snacks and drinks while you wait. Best experience in an ER for sure!

Shoutout to Excel ER, we are so impressed with them. They had a kids room with a kids bed, toy story decor, a small table, and even an Xbox! They had hospitality snacks and drinks. Everyone was so kind and caring. Then last night Cayden threw up again and we were a bit concerned so we called to see if he needed to come back and actually talked to the doctor that saw him that day. Then today they called Glenn to check on Cayden and make sure he was doing good which he is, PTL!
