I've visited one of the Excel ER locations and I have to say, they have a very knowledgeable staff who go above and beyond to help their patients.I was greeted with smiles and they made sure all my questions were answered before I left.

I had a visit to one of the Excel ER facilities and they always pick the most amazing staff. Their doctors and nurses are always so friendly. I've never had a problem with billing. Keep up the great work and can't wait to see what amazing things are in store for this facility

I don't think that opening a new hospital is a bad idea at all... But to be honest... Longview has hospitals and urgent care offices... It is my closest er.. BUT that being said... What if my kid needs to be rushed and it takes an ambulance a 30 min drive to get her to the er she needs???? Again hospitals are a good thing but some of the surrounding towns need some urgent care closer to home!

Can't wait to open this brand new ER with my oldest friends and co-workers from Longview! So happy to bring the highest level of Emergency Care to a freestanding Emergency Center. I'm proud that we will be the only freestanding ER in town with 100% ALL local doctors who are ALL board-certified in Emergency Medicine! We are looking forward to serving our hometown in our new place!
Excel ER is staffed with amazing local physicians of Leading Edge Medical Associates who have been in Longview for 20 years. I work with LEMA and the doctors of Excel who are residency trained and board certified emergency specialist, they live next door to you and raise their families here in Longview! This group is like family to me and I would trust them with my life! I am so excited for Longview to gain such an incredible facility!
I came in for pain associated with Lupus and Fibromyalgia. The doctor took one look at my face sheet and decided that I was there for the drugs. He actually said to me, “Let me guess, Dilaudid solves all your problems?” To imply that he assumed that I’ve lied about my allergies just to get Dilaudid. Let me tell you something, Dilaudid isn’t that great. It takes too long to start working and it wears off within a few hours. He gave me a shot of Dilaudid and sent me on my way.
