If you are looking for quality care , this is the place to go. Had to take my wife in for an emergency , this is the cleanest facility I have ever been to , not to mention the staff ... Top notch , Jessica and the staff were awesome , super friendly with humor and most professional,,,,Dr. McWilliams ,we just can't say enough about the way we were treated , no one ever wants to go to an ER , but we truly felt at home , I have been to 5 star hotels that could not stand up to this facility. I took my daughter there today after she busted up her knee. I went in to ask for a wheel chair and not only did they get one but a nurse and the doctor came out to my car and helped her in it and took her inside. She was seen with no wait at all. They got her on pain meds very quickly, took X-rays etc in a very speedy manner. We did not ever feel rushed just very well taken care of. This place and the staff are awesome. If we ever need emergency care again we will definitely be going here.

I had my husband and daughter in there at the same time. One with appendicitis and the other with a broken ankle. They were wonderful to our family! They even called a few days after my daughter's surgery to check on everyone.
The staff here is AMAZING!!!! Dr.Brown, Dr. McWilliams, Amber, and Jessica all took wonderful care of me. They actually take time with you and LISTEN...they do not just hear a symptom and diagnose....they listen, do a work up and then have a diagnosis and plan. I was admitted there Thursday Evening until Friday and the care I received was OUTSTANDING. Had to go back on Sunday bc I was still feeling bad. My husband fell and hurt his arm. We went to ExcelER and were taken right back. Dr came in in less than 5 min, x-ray completed in less than 20 min. The staff was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable and at ease. Would definitely recommend this facility to everyone.

My Son had been very sick and due to some issues doesn't do well at Dr offices. I brought him in to see Dr McWilliams and it was the best experience in a medical setting he has ever had. We had no wait and the whole staff was very caring and understanding of his special needs. My Son was so thankful when he left and said Dr Mcwilliams is the only Dr he wants to see from now on. Hopefully we will have no more emergencies but, if we do Excel Er is the only place we will go.
