The doctor was horrible!!!! Stop trying to force your beliefs on your pts….. treat your pts for the reason they are there and that’s it!!!! We will never use your services!
Didn’t address some medical complaints I had, and any question I asked to the nurse was answered in a rude and condescending way. While my in office treatment did help alleviate some symptoms, I left with no answers and medical symptoms that were never even addressed. The Doctor was very nice though. Ultimately I won’t be returning and will find care elsewhere that will listen to what I’m saying feels wrong about my body, and actually do a test for it.
That has to be the rudest physician and staff ever! I strongly suggest any other place in Longview. Dr Meek slammed the glass door on me and the nurse told me to leave the way I came in.
Well I had a covid test at excel er last night. I got a shot of antibiotics and shot of steroids I couldn’t breath last night when I got there but today I feel a lot better last night kenna started getting sick. Today she was running fever and sore throat along with throwing up. I took her to excel to get meds tonight after she woke up crying and throwing up. Horrible horrible horrible!!!! They could give just a tiny little kindness from the nurse, and have the doctor stop looking at daughter and talk to me, the patient
RecommendedI went to Excel ER Longview today and had quick service alleviating my pain and had me back out in an hour or less. I couldn't ask for better help. The doctor and nurses were straight to the point and didn't try running extra unnecessary test. I couldn't be happier.
My issue is not with employees and doctors, per say. My daughter was treated with kindness and knowledgeable help. It does, on the other hand need to be handled EXTREMELY different for billing. PLEASE make people aware of the fact that they will be charged over 1600 just to be put in a room!!! She is 19 years old and had no clue nor was she told. I've never personally used them, but I hear really good things about their service and staff!
