So unfortunate to post this - I will say the staff is amazing!!! They were very attentive and knowledgeable. It’s the billing process that is broken. We had 3 visits there in 2 weeks. In one visit, my mother, who is on Medicare, was offered to pay out of pocket. Office visit @ $150. My daughter and I went and filed with insurance at $538 each. I went to Excel ER , last February ,I had only recently moved here from Dallas. I went into this facility, thinking it was a minor emergency. I honestly did not think or other wise know it was a actual emergency hospital. I was suffering from a sever cold. Know one including the Doctor told me other wise. Rip Off! I was seen for a cortisone shot for an infection 9-11-16. I later was sent huge bills. I owe hundreds to thousands of dollars. I was told that I would have been better off going to the regular ER at the hospital. My BCBS insurance wouldn't pay them. I have left messages trying to set up a payment plan. They don't call back. Worst billing practices I've ever seen. Over $800 for a flu test and chest x-ray. Ridiculous doesn't cover it.

I visited this place a month ago. I was only there for about 15 minutes tops! The doctor did not touch me, no blood work, no x-ray, NOTHING! I received my bill and they charged me $1452 just to be seen! WAY TO EXPENSIVE!!! I WON'T BE GONG BACK!!

Just beware before you use this. Most of these stand alone ER facilities bill you just like an emergency room visit at the hospital. The urgent care centers bill like an office visit. Depending upon your insurance coverage, there could be a significant difference in out of pocket cost for you. Just a heads up for everyone. Verify billing before getting stung.
