Salesman was very professional, he knew the answers to the questions I had, He helped a lot with the options I was looking for, told us the good points as well as the bad points. No pressure at all even though it was getting very late, he took all the time I needed to make my decision. Sales person was knowledgeable, courteous and responsive to questions and calls after first meeting. Product was installed as scheduled. Installers were also very professional, systematic, clean and through in their work. Had a minor issue with 1 window which they fixed promptly. Overall good company to work with and so far happy with the windows. Installed 8 double hung triple pane windows and 2 picture frame triple pane windows

I'm new to Angie's List, so this is my first review. All of our dealing with Excel have been very smooth. The salesman was very easy to deal with and was able to answer all of our questions. We were told the installation would take place in 4-6 weeks and they were true to their word. The installation itself was great. They did a very good job, no problems what so ever, but we had to wait for our back door locks to replace an additional 3 months. Never got an explanation on why for the delay. Provider replaced our side entry door, and replace our back door lock.

Doors were installed very well. Everything was as quoted. Workmanship and materials were first rate. Only problem was that it took longer than expected for the garage door and the patio door to be delivered. I would definitely use this company again. Installed a storm door, patio door and side door to garage.
