The insurance is a must ! Furniture is cheaply made and you will eventually have issues . First time buyer and I declined the insurance thinking my dining table $2500 would last at least 3 years . Paint cracked after 3 weeks and I was told it was part of the wood and design .
I purchased living room furniture with a one year manufacture warranty. I filed a claim in December 2022. Here I am in June 2023 and nothing has been resolved. They don’t honor warranty or their word. When you call “corporate” they say they will call you back and never do. Several reviews on Google and the better business bureau siting the same.
RecommendedI don't recommend I purchase a 2k marble table and spots appear on it after 1wk very poor quality. And they ran my credit twice I have to do a credit fraud on one of the cards I did not approve. They beg you to write a good review before your leave the store. Pictures of stains in comments They stated we stained it yet we only used it twice so if it's Marble how did it stain that fast and they do not cover stains
Bought furniture on 12/30/22. Delivery cancelled by them day before it was to arrive. No explanation. Now another has passed and no word. Salesman Manny said he would check out but of course has not. Been horrible experience so far.
