WARNING! NEVER BUY FROM EXCLUSIVE FURNITURE! YOU WILL BE CHEATED AND SCAMMED! I went to buy a dining table in July at their Richmond outlet. The salesperson was Bert and the manager was Robert. We really liked a dining table and the 6 chairs that went with it. Without hesitation, we bought it because it really fit into our new home. I bought a bed set and a living room set back in June. My living room set was delivered about two weeks after purchase. My headboard and foot board was also delivered and has been sitting against my wall for almost 3 months now. They brought and incomplete bed set. Finally in august I got my drawers/night stand but still my bed has not been assembled. I have been missing my support beams and hardware to assemble my bed. I ordered my stuff when they showed up they didn’t have my 2 chest dressers but bright mirror and a dresser. Nobody told me they weren’t getting delivered. The truck driver said they were on back order. They are still drafting my account. I talked to a manager and she said she would call me back and it’s been three weeks. Nobody seems to care but will quickly take your money. I called up there and they take your number down and will not call you back. It’s been three weeks. I would rather go else where. I bought furniture a year ago (couch, loveseat, chair). The couch broke. I filed a claim online with Montage (their warranty company). I can not get any information on the status of the claim or repair so I called the Webster store. After explaining the situation to 2 different people (after asking to speak to a manager and never getting one), they gave me the number to the corporate store. IF we ever get the correct furniture in on the now 3rd promised date after multiple errors, it will be 6 months from the date of purchase. After reading so many similar, negative Yelp reviews, I am now losing hope that this will ever happen nor that this will be made right. We struggle to simply get a call back. Seems to be a common theme here. I don’t know what is going on with this company. Buyer beware.

First off I want to say I love our new couch. The customer service though is horrible!! We bought our couch Labor Day weekend and they were having a promotion to get a free gift from Best Buy. We have yet to get our free gift. We have called about 8 times and have even gone in to the store. We just keep getting told someone will call you. No one calls us back. All it is a link that needs to be emailed to us but no one seems to be able to do this!

I just wanted to put my two cents in. My girlfriend and I were looking for furniture for our apartment. The sales lady was nice but it’s our preference to not be followed around by sales people. We decided to buy our furniture across the street at American because of this. Just constructive criticism. Not a bad place though.

Furniture got delivered damaged....a week later and still no exchange and they never answer their phones.

At first they were great. When I got my furniture delivered two of the pieces were missing and they said they’d contact me when they would be delivered. I’ve called the store SIX TIMES to find out when they’d be here. All six times they say they’ll call back and don’t. Managers send me to their voicemail. Horrible customer service will never go back.
