Firstly, the staff is very friendly and welcoming so that’s a plus. But however I went in without any intention to buy as it was my first store to look at. After seeing two bed sets I liked they immediately wanted to run my credit and have me buy the one i liked the most. They lied to us about what they had in stock. When they delivered our barstools one out of the three was wrong. They had told us when we purchased them they had five in stock. Now all of a sudden they can’t get us a third and won’t refund our money. I don’t want store credit because I don’t trust to be honest on the next item I chose. Horrible customer service have made multiple calls on this with little help.
We purchased two recliner sofas from EF last January. We have had to have a repairman out FIVE times for one couch. They ordered parts to repair the sofa months ago, and they are still not repaired. Their customer service stinks! The is only one person who can help us. She's always at lunch or off for the day. Tried to talk to her supervisor today. She's on vacation. This experience has completely turned us off of Exclusive Furniture.
This is the review I left. I would like to know how you have 4.8 stars with so many bad reviews and why you stopped responding to bad reviews, was it too overwhelming? I recently purchased a fairly expensive leather couch with powered recliners from Exclusive Furniture. I made it known to them that I needed the recliners to run on battery packs because I have no walls to put it against for electrical outlets. The recliners work on batteries just a SLIGHT issue. I was sold discontinued used and broken furniture . Paid for new matching set of recliners . Recliners delivered were not a matching set. Head rest was broken .and had been previously repaired .Called them 1 hour after delivery .Still waiting on refund . I want my money back they can p/u both these chairs . I will not do business with them again. I will post the results of this . Bruce Hall
Worst experience ever. Ordered a recliner with the warranty and it broke within months. Have been waiting 5 months for one replacement part and they keep pushing that back by months, every time it doesn’t show up and i inquire. I would not recommend to anyone, don’t waste your money or time.
I have been dealing with customer service about my sectional since December 2020. I have been promised new cushions and inserts due to them failing to hold shape and sinking. The sectional was delivered in July 2020. As of today still no replacements and the sectional looks and feels like a 10 year old garage sale find. We have gotten nothing but the run around. Extremely disappointed.
Purchased credenza and warranty on furniture the end of August, right after Christmas we found a crack on the bottom support beam. Called store and they requested we follow the process with warranty company so we did and manager said they would make it right if warranty company didn’t. Warranty company sent a technician to the house in February and he took pictures and recommended to replace credenza...seasonal crack would only continue to spread. We bought our motorized reclining couches about 7 months ago. We also decided to purchase the battery packs that go along with these because we didn’t want chords laying out. Despite I have no idea how many phone calls and an in person visit requesting what we paid for we have yet to receive our battery packs for our couches!!!
