I do not recommend this store. The delivery drivers DO NOT know how to put the furniture together correctly and as a result of that our sofa is now broken. Then come to find out the salesman and a woman who works in finance committed fraud with the bank telling them my boyfriend makes MUCH more than he does. That's fraud and we will not be part of it. I've reported this store and its employees involved. They refuse to come pick the furniture up so we're getting rid of it. We have to, to make room for our new furniture.... read more

Buyer Beware of the bait and switch! Do yourself a favor and run from this store as fast as you can. Hidden fees, unprofessional watching TikTok videos while customer waiting, zero store management accountability. Run around to get anyone to provide assistance and answers to a problem the store manager created. Horrible experience. The absolute worst.

We bought 2 recliners before my husband's heart surgery last November. Not long after we purchased them we called and had them come look at them because they were falling apart. The guy that came to fix them said there nothing he could do about the seats sinking in. He had tighten everything up . Now both of them or leaning and the seats are so uncomfortable it hurts to sit on them. These were over 800 a piece they shouldn't be doing this in less the a year.

Muy mala atención en su servicio de garantía NO COMPREN LA GARANTÍA EXTENDIDA es un ROBO!!! Te roban $199 dólares por una garantía que no te cubre nada!!! Llamas a reclamar y por el deterioro del material y buscan cualquier excusa para no cubrirte el pésimo material que usan para fabricar sus muebles, TENGAN MUCHO CUIDADO!!! NO COMPREN LA GARANTÍA EXTENDIDA!!!!

Would have given them negative stars if I could. I am not one to write reviews, but when a vendor outright lies and disrespects its customers I felt the need to be sure no one else falls into this trap. To start, my wife and I needed to purchase a new bed. Robert and Amy helped us find a mattress, frame and base that seemed to work well for us. I purchased a couch about 3 years ago and added the warranty as it has multiple electronic components (recliner and massager). The massager has a build in lumbar support that now does not hold air for more than 30 seconds (the couch was 2.5 years old when I started a claim in February). The warranty declined the claim as they state it's the bladder and not the electric part, so it's excluded from the warranty. We also have problems with an other seat as it saggs in the back. I thought I was purchasing a grey couch , I told the sales person I wanted a grey couch and he pointed out this couch claiming it was grey . It looked very grey in store and so I was cool with it . When it got delivered it’s like a chocolate brown / black , not grey at all . I called the store and they said it was the store lighting and when I expressed my dissatisfaction they didn’t not offer to fix the problem or offer anything for the misleading sales . I do not recommend going to EF, especially with PATTY who works in sales. She got her commission & no longer cares about my issues with my bed. I am 7 months pregnant & my slats keep falling off because they r to short & they are aware but haven’t done anything to resolve the issue. We contacted store & patty & no one seems to have answers or cares.
