Everyone I spoke with, was very courteous and helpful. The sales person Troy did a great job, helping me choose the perfect floor. When we had a slight hiccup in being able to install the floor, he absolutely made everything right. The installation team was very courteous. They moved my furniture, and when they left, I couldn’t even tell that they had been there except for my beautiful new floor. I am very pleased and will recommend Express floors to everyone.

We were extremely happy with the flooring installation. Every member of the installation crew was very professional and wasted no time in completing the job - the original estimate was that the work might take two full days, but it was done in less than 8 hours. The crew chief was exceptional, returning late at night from another job, and corrected two minor punch list items on the spot. There were no glitches. Everyone from my first phone call, first appointment, telephone interactions right down to the installers, were so friendly and pleasant to speak with. My floors were done in a timely manner as stated. The installers were very professional, moved everything carefully and made sure I was okay with were they placed appliance’s temporarily. My flooring came out so beautiful I love it.
