Installation crew were respectful and considerate. They didn’t speak English so there was a communication challenge. They worked diligently installing the floors Friday and Saturday and were to return Monday for completion. Monday they couldn’t finish because of not having enough material. They cleaned up when completed on Tuesday. I would use this crew again.

Logan, Jacob and his crew were professional, friendly and quick to removal and installation. They are back this week completing phase II of our home project. Highly recommend the product and personnel.

Overall, we’re very pleased with the results of your team. They arrived on time and completed everything with in the promised time frame. However, we’ve developed a problem on the landing at the top of the steps. The glue appears to have loosened and the boards have puckered there. Would like to have someone come out and fix it please.

I had really good experience from the sales person to the installers. A big shout out to the install team. They were on time and professional. Cleaned up afterward and even washed off the porch. Helped me move furniture back along with helping me place felt pads under some items. I am so glad I went with Express Flooring.
