The front office staff wouldn't let my brother in law check in while I was still on my way. I was three hours away and he had to wait in the parking lot for all that time until I got there.

Bed and pillows were uncomfortable, carpet was stained and torn, very poor water pressure in shower , chair was stained, and the list goes on !!!
