First stay here There no shower curtain. Coffee maker did not work. Room was freezing when we entered.

Unhappy with special request not honored I'v been a frequent business traveler and I stay here about 15 days a year. I requested a floor on the first floor several times. I has just there several nites before this last stay. I'm 72, have a handicapped placard and have had four surgeries (the last one several weeks ago) on my leg. I checked in and the guy in front of me gets a room on the first floor! When I checked in I was told that was the last room on the first floor! I had a room on the third floor for four nights. Great stay I've stayed here multiple times for business. I like the quietness, the location, the great prices, having a kitchen and close to restaurants and the airport. However the people at the front desk needs to be nicer to the customers when checking in and checking out. I'm from Hawaii and the hotel industry is very friendly with the Aloha Spirit and always smiling.
