I was required to pay a pending charge of $100 to cover damages/charges discovered after my departure. The paperwork did not list what I might be charged for. When checking out I ask the clerk to inspect the room and give clearance. He did but said it is not normal. I do not like this procedure as it is too open ended and not specific.

Perfect! The Customer Service was excellent at this hotel. Exactly what I was looking for in my short stay before my trip home for Christmas. The cost was very affordable!

Arrive in Albuquerque late , stay here. Good place to stay at while traveling and the airline lands at ALB airport 8 hours late after many delays.

Just ok Carpet was kind of dirty. Rooms seem old and dark. Some see through curtains would be nice to allow in some natural light.
