Comfortable I will start with my Pros: Very best was the check in service representive. She was very nice, professional and helpful. Very clean with the only exception being the rug. Beds were comfortable. Room description was exact. Found the closet shelving very useful. Cons: Room Rug had mini kitchen, but no utensils (wasn't sure if that was suppose to be requested) Worse part was someone was throwing fireworks in parking lot during the late night and ended up sleeping for about 2 hours. The restroom was not cleaned. Stains and spots, would give this 1/5 stars.

Pleasant stay. Clean room. Room was comfortable with the furniture arrangement. I am disabled. Plenty of towels. The young lady that checked me in at the front desk was very helpful. She checked in with me and hour later to see if there was anything she could help me.

I like staying there because i could rest there its very quiet the staff (female workers are all very friendly) the male front desk workers just are hateful I had booked a room because i am disabled i specifically asked for a handicapped room even when i chose it on line down stairsbecause i am handicapped so i get there to check in nope they put me up stairs away from the elevator i was very unhappy i calledgot moved to another room upstairs again not by the elevator again when i asked if they did not have a handicap room t... read more
