Convenient to ABQ airport. Reasonable price considering the balloon festival activities. Location seemed safe and quiet.

Avoid if possible Extended-stay does not service the rooms, that is their policy, nothing unusual about this particular property, but after a few days, the room, linens, towels, all start getting a bit musty. The furniture is not even quite Ikea quality, hacked up and falling apart. You have a full kitchenette, but you also have to ask for any utensils, pots and pans, plates etc. And of course, during the balloon fiesta in Albuquerque the prices are extortionate to say the least. Good Customer Service Young lady in the office was very nice and helpful. Washing Machines and Dryers were all computerized and the system was down. She was apologetic and pleasant to deal with. This property was not as nice as other Extended Stays I have been to.
