Overbooked One of The rooms we had booked was unavailable so had to stay there apart frm the rest of my family members. The worst part was that I was advised by the receptionist to cancel. So i called n cancelled the reservation n was still charged for it

Overall the property was good. The room was clean but not to the extreme. We used the pull out bed in the couch and the mattress was covered with 6 spots of blood all over it..Very disgusting! I went to the front desk and they replaced the mattress with another one. Staff was very nice and took action when needed. The room had a small insect problem as we killed 2 spiders and one roach. After our small little hiccups I would stay there again but my wife wouldn't.

They were very kind and accommodating. The hotel was overbooked and they all went over and beyond to help us out.

Definite property to avoid My experience has been one of definitely not staying here again. It took 2 times asking for dishes and coffee maker before receiving them. Then I had to go down to the front desk to get them. I have asked 3 times now for pots and pans. I keep getting told they have none and I will have to wait.
