Find out all information before reserving room. Room was decent, staff was nice, but could have been more informational about use of their kitchenette items, which were not provided in the unit, you had to get from front desk. Found out after purchasing items from local store, including a coffee pot. Everything had to be picked up at front desk by leaser, bedding, extra towels, toilet paper and any other necessities. A lot of money to payout, when you do the work yourself.

Bring kitchen stuff! Full kitchen but bring pans if you can and coffee filters and coffee! I wish I would have known the kitchen wasn’t stocked with utensils but if you know that beforehand you’re good to go!

Did not like the $200 deposit required. Room smelled of urine. No Kleenex. No blanket for sofa bed. Sheets looked dirty. No breakfast.

I was pleased with the stay and staff, but they could use updated furniture repainted walls, and flooring repair.

It was ok... The room was good for the overnight stay. Our room needed some serious updating/work/renovation. I did not feel it was business oriented as there were no in-room USB ports as in other hotels I had stayed at. I was disappointed to see the quick fixes that were made to the bathtub. I thought the one night stay was very overpriced for what you got. At least the Wi-Fi was free and customer service was very good.

Great staff! Everyone at the front desk was extremely helpful! They made our stay better. The main problem we ran into were the door locks at the back and side entrances - sometimes they would work for one key, most of the time they would not work at all, so we would have to trek around to the front to get in and walk all the way back to the side entrance to unload! If America Suites is not going to be able to serve breakfast then they should notify Hotels.com so it can be posted on the website, so people can be prepared.
