Staff was helpful, the property looked like updates were being made. No pool or breakfast because of COVID so that was a down side.

Stay was good. The pull out couch bed was broken, staff didn't seem to care (but we didnt make a huge deal about it) my son is a toddler and was able to just sleep on the couch as is. They did let us go get extra blankets for him. They don't have any dishes in the suites anymore which is different but probably due to Covid. Animals are allowed in the hotel and walls are kinda thin, heard people taking their pets out in the middle of the night for potty breaks. Overall the stay was nice.

To nosy We had 1 bed for a family of 3 and we had to share the one bed, the pillows were too used, it wasn’t quite, you could hear every noise outside. Our night was restless.

The gentleman at the front desk couldn't take the time to give me a receipt for my two day stay because he had just come on dutyl. Poor Excuse, if he could not find the time to work with a guest he should not be at the front desk

Not so fun times. The guy at the check in desk was rude. The floors in the hotel room were dirty, dusty, with debris everywhere. Otherwise, it was clean. The microwave DIDNT work. The sink in the bathroom is also broken. The walls are thin so it’s incredibly noisy. The entire experience was pretty subpar. Oh yeah and I have a disability and guess what’s broken— the elevator.

the staff at the front desk was super nice and helpful. The only thing is that the room wasnt cleaned very well, the shower and microwave were dorty and the halls inside had trash and dirt all over
