Didnt have enough towels for a family of 6 in the room. Only had a towel for one person. Front desk lady wouldnt give enough towels

The property was near a great deal of restaurants and stores. A very good location.

Not a good one night stay. No one at the front desk to check in. After waiting for 10 minutes, had to call from cell to ask them to check me in. Required a $200 security deposit held for 10 days for a $78 room. No glasses of any kind in room. Tub didn’t drain and paint peeling. Only a thin blanket on bed which was right beside air conditioner. Not a very convenient location from I-25. May be an economical alternative for a long term stay because of the kitchen, but not a good place for a comfortable rest after a very long da... read more

Water on floor Once we were in the room I went into the restroom and there was water to the left of the toilet on the floor. I called the front desk they sent up maintenance and he just used toilet paper, no gloves on, to wipe up the mess and just throw it in the toilet. I wasn't sure if it was urine or if it was water left over from either mopping or the previous tenants from taking a shower so I was not about to touch that water.

Had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes for the guy to come and check me in. He told the people ahead of me that they were sold out but was able to conveniently upgrade my room because what I had requested was unavailable. I didn’t appreciate the$200 security deposit.
