Wont extend a stay or repeat Room had bad odor of smoke. I was afraid we would be charged so asked front desk. They said they knew and we would be last to stay in it. Previous occupants would be. Harged and theybwould clean after we left. It shoild have been cleaned before is. Bathroom faucet had aerator that caused water to go all over the sink when turned on. Fro t desk staff were not welcoming. Maaybe they wanted to present air of business. It came off as everyone is a crook or unwanted interferent.

The property outside and inside was clean.The staff was friendly and helpful The location was cliae to shopping and restaurants.

Smoke free Not! Hotel was okay but we were given a room that smelled like cigarette smoke although the front desk insisted it was a smoke free hotel! She did give us the last room she said she had which was even worse! Smoke free yes but it was close to exit door and all night we heard people coming in or going out! It was also next to the patio where people were partying! We were not happy to say the least!

Overbooked One of The rooms we had booked was unavailable so had to stay there apart frm the rest of my family members. The worst part was that I was advised by the receptionist to cancel. So i called n cancelled the reservation n was still charged for it

Overall the property was good. The room was clean but not to the extreme. We used the pull out bed in the couch and the mattress was covered with 6 spots of blood all over it..Very disgusting! I went to the front desk and they replaced the mattress with another one. Staff was very nice and took action when needed. The room had a small insect problem as we killed 2 spiders and one roach. After our small little hiccups I would stay there again but my wife wouldn't.
