Air conditioners are important to be serviced on regular bases. The cleaness of a room should be in the air as weel. A good air freshner wouldn't hurt in the rooms.

The extended stay The continental breakfast had a very little variety and didn’t have cleaning in room only if you payed extra and used towels had to be exchanged at the office

good but could improve Window drapes would not close properly, No grab bar in shower/bath, bath door did not close easily

ok hotel has some issues Don't count on breakfast. They only have muffins (which they ran out of most days by 8 am), oatmeal and granola bars. The last 2 days they had no muffins at all. The coffee was also out by 8:30am and breakfast was supposed to be until 9:30. The only had coffee to drink-- nothing for the kids. We had the drain back up in our shower and they had to clear in the next day. The last couple of days we were there they must have sprayed for bugs because we saw a lot of dead ones on the carpet in the halls. M... read more

Check to make sure pool is working. The room was nice as it usually is when we stay here, but my issue was that the pool was closed and that was the whole purpose of our trip out of town. I called the day I made the reservation at least 5 times and no one answered to make sure pool was available. By the time we checked in it was too late to cancel without being charged so we juat stayed there any ways. The room was nice but just disappointed about the pool situation.

Stay was ok. Overall stay was ok. Pool was very nice. Beds were small. Was not able to get any extra pillows. The breakfast was horrible. It only consisted of instant oatmeal, granola bars & coffee. Daily housekeeping is an extra charge. Location was great. Sonic & quick shop in walking distance.

Good stay with family. Our stay here was comfortable, nice and quiet. Room were clean and homie feeling.

Love in Rio Rancho!! The pool is NOT up and going at this time--please be sure to call ahead. Don't expect a discount if you have already paid for your stay. The short lady at the front was very rude, but the maids made up for it. Minus the desk clerk and pool-- top notch place. Also, THE CITY OF RIO RANCHO IS a GREAT PLACE TO STAY OUTSIDE OF ABQ!! Every person who lived there talked about how much they love living there and how safe the city is. Definitely recommend this hotel.
