The girl at the front desk was overwhelmed by phone calls and training a new employee. It was like close to thirty minutes to register me in. I needed to hurry because i needed to be somewhere else and i was on their time. I ended up not being able to meet this friends because they left. I asked for two sets of plates, spoons and forks and cups. The new girl took a lo g time until i had to say something.

Not Welcoming. I have stayed at many extended stay but this was my first not so pleasing experience.My sister and I were exactly 56 minutes early for check in and were told we will be charged $25 for early checked in. We waited till 3 pm and we were put on the 3rd floor at the very last room. The elevator was old and keeps getting stuck. The room was small and dirty with hair all over the pillow, plastic cups with drinks next to the bed,no hanger in the coat closet,and all other basic amenities were missing. The room was clean and the hospitality was good. The only thing was the hair dryer was outdated and turned off and would not turn back on. I would stay again.

The over all condition of the hotel was in excellent shape. Very clean. I like the fact that it's a non smoking facility. How every the bathroom in the room I had had not been cleaned. There were hairs stuck to the walls of the shower and the toilet was filthy

Good place to sleep. Good although non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Also breakfast isn't anything to write home about. More like a snack bar with coffee. But otherwise great stay, friendly staff.

Won't stay here again The hotel seemed fine at first, however my keys kept failing over and over - first at the fitness center, and then at the room door. I started out with 2 keys, and ended up with 9. The front desk person was either overworked, or just unhappy to be there. She apparently doubled as housekeeping, and there was almost never anyone at the front desk. Ever. Not a good situation when your room key doesn't work.
