Softball weekend Was in town for a softball game; good location close to mall; resturaunts and fields. Check in was easy, room was adequate had the suite large enough for parents and a few softball girls.
I was not impressed with this hotel. The location was convenient but given the choice I wouldn't stay again. The beds were hard, they ran out of pillows, and the coffee was watery. The lighting in the bathroom was very dim and hard to see. At the end of our stay we started to pack up and found a roach.
I arrived in the evening, there were no dishes available, and no hand soap. I had to ask for hand soap at the reception, they also did not have dishes because they were washing them. Guests arriving in the evening would like to have a quick dinner, which I was not able to prepare in spite of the advertisement that the hotel provides dishes and utensils. Wi-fi was extremely slow.
Nice hotel close to family. Everything was good. The check in person couldn't find the reservation at first. Not too friendly. The only objection is the breakfast was very poor in that there was only coffee and tea and prewrapped breakfast snacks. No juice or cereal.
Excellent option for one night ir an extended stay The kitchen makes it more like home. Newly remodeled. Feels like an upscale spot. Staff courteous and efficient.

Close ton my Doctor (specialist). Weather was bad, traveled day before and was a very nice place tof stay home away from home.

Coffee fail There is no point in serving coffee of you can't have real milk or half and half to put into it. Sweetened artificial creamer is gross. Not my thing.

Was great till I noticed my vehicle was broken into in your parking lot! You really should spend some money on some security cameras! The police that did my report said it would be helpful if you had cameras to catch theses people!
