December 2016 I stayed Sun Dec 11th and everything was wonderful but checked back in in Wed Dec 14th and was less than desirable. I had to clean the hair out of the bathtub from previous person in room. And also had to clean the foundation out of bathroom sink. I complained but staff didn't even offer to move me to a new room. Then at around 11:30pm I had to call the front desk because the smoke detector kept beeping and waking me up. Just right Great location, close to everything most travelers could need or want... Close to our family which made it "just right!"
Excellent Staff and clean facility... The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean, and the location convenient to shopping, dining and a nice city park was just a few minutes' walk north of the hotel.
pack your own trash we stayed at this hotel for 5 days during a family Thanksgiving trip. we never received clean towels or had the trash emptied. we had to ask multiple times for a broken tub drain plug and non working light to be fixed.
Great location Everything in the room was good. Only dissapoinment was the lack of dishes in the cabinets. The next day...breakfast was a joke. No coffee no muffin s no fruit. Pretty dissapointing.

Convenient and Affordable The room was very clean, as was the rest of the hotel. The first day or so was a little uncomfortable as they were painting on the floor I was given and the odor was most unpleasant. It would have been nice to have been advised of that and offered a room away from the area being painted. The only real downside of the room itself was having to go back and ask for dishware and then tote it up to my room. Basic dishes at least should already be stocked in each guest room. Had a little challenge checking in. To find out they had given me an incorrect room but they worked very hard to correct it.
