Overall Okay Wonderful customer service, quiet rooms, but dirty

There was quite a bit of guest noises (kids participating in local competitions running around); only way room was cool was the fan constantly blowing and was a little loud. Limited breakfast - continental, coffee, muffins, instant oatmeal.

Wedding Weekend Loved the room itself with the living area and kitchenette. Had difficulty getting into the room. The maintenance man was in the hall and let us into the room and went and got our cards corrected. Very customer-service oriented! At check-out staff was very concerned when I informed about two outlets not working and noisy guests above.

Nice hotel with mini suites very handy This Hotel is right across the street from Intel. We really loved the room, there was a sitting area with small kitchen and then nice size bedroom areal. Our biggest complaint it there is NO ICE MACHINE any where in the building.

The girl at the front desk was overwhelmed by phone calls and training a new employee. It was like close to thirty minutes to register me in. I needed to hurry because i needed to be somewhere else and i was on their time. I ended up not being able to meet this friends because they left. I asked for two sets of plates, spoons and forks and cups. The new girl took a lo g time until i had to say something.
