Nice staff but the stay should have been cheaper Staff was nice and helpful. The room smelled a little funny and I think a prior tenant smoked in there despite it being no amoking. And there were ants.

It was okay, I wished they had cleaned the room The tub smelled like urine, the shower curtain had hair on it. There were things under the bed.

overbooked on previous night When I arrived to check in at 5:30 PM, there were 3 people in front of me. The housekeepers had not finished cleaning the rooms. Karen was trying to find clean rooms for everyone. I did get a clean room, but there were no pillow cases. Upon my request, I was told they were in the dryer and would be brought to me later. I phoned the front desk at approximately 9:00 PM and NEVER receveid the pillow cases.
