Staff are nice enough (some much more pleasent/engaged than others), but the bathroom was not clean! And the room had an unpleasant smell: I had to keep the window open all night to freshen it.

For a lower cost hotel it was surprisingly modern, clean, comfortable and quiet. Extended stay need to invest more in their front desk staff. They are the face of the entire business. Either spend more money to attract a higher caliber staff or do some serious training. The front desk staff at this location were efficient but not friendly with limited eye contact. Very few customer relation skills.

not as advertised There were no utensils, cups plates etc. A single queen instead of the two queen asks for, the microwave was filthy. Breakfast was very limited - inadequate even for a grab and go.

Even noisier than most hotels My main issue with my stay was the thin walls/ceiling. I heard men talking in another room into the morning hours (I went to bed near midnight, and they were still talking loudly), heard one of them snoring when they finally got to sleep, and heard traffic into the late hours. And all this was still heard despite me listening to music through headphones from my iPod as well as having white noise on from my phone app on the nightstand next to me!

port in a storm! Welcoming Due to surgery we needed to be close by, and then a 14" snow storm hit and they were able to take us back in for a second night to wait out the storm. Left my phone charger when I departed and they kept it for me until I could return to pick it up.
