clean but service marginal Clean place I am not sure where the front desk staff goes but when you need them they are not around. Was supposed to be a continental breakfast in the morning when I got there noting was to be found all coffee urns were empty and no one around to ask for more

Perfect location to where I needed to be. The hotel staff was wonderful. The room was comfortable and clean, but maintenance needs to wipe around the kitchen fan above stove. The trashcans in lobby, outside front door, etc... all needed to be emptied. There was trash on the elevator floor. It was there for hours. Should have been cleaned up. The "breakfast bar" was quite messy and needed to be wiped down and dusted. Made things look dirty. But overall, it was a comfortable stay. Just needs to be cleaned up better.

Location to my family function was the only reason for staying at this hotel. There were ants in the bathroom. Kitchen was not stocked. Had to go to front desk to get utensils, coffee pot, mugs, etc. Towels were scarce.

This is a good choice for longer term stays It's a little understaffed, it seems, but is run well. The staff is helpful and friendly when asked but it's also the case that you can walk in the place and be ignored most of the time. The rooms are clean and well kept, and reasonably well laid out. This is my first stay at this kind of hotel so it's hard to gauge but there are definitely fewer amenities than at the more common overnight hotels.
