OK hotel the rooms were ok, smaller than expected. But all the items you need were made available. The hall way was dirty needed cleaning and vacuum, but was not done for two days. Check in person was not very friendly, but professional. A need for a warmer introduction would have made the stay more equitable.

Missing a night in reservation. There was glitch with hotels.com and only one of my nights was under the reservation instead of the 2 I originally booked. Hotels.com had my original reservation for 2 nights but your hotel wouldn't honor the price originally booked through hotels.com and I had to book a separate night for a little bit more. I am not sure where the miscommunication was and why hotels.com had 2 nights but you only had one night.

Extended Stay Rooms The property and the room was great, neat and clean and smelled nice. The mattress was terrible. That would prevent us from staying here again.

perfect for what we needed The room was clean. Nice staff. We had out dog and even though he was on guard it was a good stay for him too.
