Friendly staff, adequate accomodations Super friendly and helpful staff. When my account didn't work, they changed my room right away. Hall carpets could use a good vacuuming though.

Amarillo hotel Good for overnighter. Hotel is dated and is need of help. No real breakfast offered other than coffee, tea, packaged muffins, oatmeal and granola bars which for us was good bc a breakfast buffet can be overload. Great location with plenty of restaurants nearby

Upon arrival at 600 pm our room was not available, and not ready to occupy. But, staff was able to get us another room! Carpet was not vacuumed, no cups in room, and musty smelling. Bathtub was dirty and shower curtain was moldy and smelly. Back doir entrance was not working where anyone could walk in to hallway!

Overnight stay Hotel was clean and room was comfortable. Check in was easy and staff were very personable.
