Everything is good except my friend don't get thier breakfast in the morning because they don't have anything ready for breakfast! So far everything was fine for my friend...

Clean room, with a decent kitchen for a short stay I didn't realize I booked a smoking room, I thought they didn't even have those anymore. It was my fault for not checking. The room was clean and comfy, but stunk like cigs, but again, my fault. The staff was Uber friendly, and location is great to walk around d downtown.

Nice place, conveniently located Great, helpful staff. Khaleel, the manager, was more than helpful and genuinely happy to help us when we had a request. Our flight got delayed and he let us check out late so we didn't have to just leave our luggage in the front and we could still enjoy our last day. We used this hotel as our 10 day "home base" during our trip. We didn't plan on being in the room much since we had so many day trips or overnights planned. nice hotel near stores Hotel was okay but the breakfast was NOT great. Thinking we would have at least cereal but there was only coffee, oatmeal, and little muffins that all had peanuts in them so my daughter couldn't eat it. We ended up having to go eat IHop which was more money spent. Everything else was okay, customer service and everything.

Very limited parking, breakfast? There are only 18 parking spots so be sure your price includes one of them if you need it. Breakfast is instant oatmeal and coffee, breakfast bars and prepackaged muffins, period. Food in Alaska is expensive so also factor this into your costs. Hotel worked fine for us.

Comfortable Hotel, Nice walking downtown distance! Comfortable hotel, nice crew, the free complementary breakfast should be improve, since only coffee and muffins was presented. The location was good, the downtown was like 15 min walking distance, nice weather. The hotel provide a free shuttle to the airport which was plus for me. Cleans room, and the new guy cleaning the rooms was humble and very nice to help me with the baggages and area information. Good location Overall not a bad hotel. Close enough to downtown that everything is within a 5-10 minute walk. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were able to point out places of interest in downtown and good places to eat. Rooms were quiet and clean, just plain, a few paintings or picture on the wall would lighten up the place. Easy walk to food and shopping. Really liked it and would stay again. Great staff.
