Decent Hotel is very basic. They give you new towels each day but rooms are cleaned on a limited basis. Breakfast is grab and go items. Parking is $10 a night if available so if not, you're parking at a meter. A bit more to pay for something like this. 3-4 block walk to downtown

Nice place, nice view Step was very nice and friendly room is clean location was on the outer edge of downtown so I'll little bit of a walk to get to shopping and restaurants. Reasonable rate for sure. only drawback was breakfast they just had granola bars oatmeal and some fruit

Great location and nice hotel The location is excellent, walking distance to downtown and all amenities. Our flight was delayed and we phoned ahead and staff were excellent in accommodating a late check in and offering late check out.
Nice room the second & third nights. First night we were there, we were put into a very small first floor room, room was inadequate for three adults, and not very nice at all. Upon our return from Denali we were given a suite third floor, much more space, and very nice. If you want to stay in this motel, specify you want a suite.

Unplanned trip to Anchorage for medical treatment Hotel staff was wonderful, helpful and very accommodating. Definitely would recommend them!

The Hotel was only good for winter stay because the AC looks big in size but did not cooled the room after 6hrs of running. hotel staff provided me a small fan instead. Morning Staff was nice.

Just a so so experience. Understand this is an extended stay and not a hotel, but the service was kind of poor. They charge for everything extra from parking to having a cup in your room! Really, they will sell you a kitchen package, but there are no cups in the rooms. They only make up the room if you stay more than 7 days and you have to exchange your towels at the front desk. The politely chased out a homeless guy who was helping himself to the breakfast bar...I doubt I would come back.
