Got the price For the price you get what you pay for the sheets on one of the beds had not been changed. Just used the other one but glad we checked
Very disappointed in the 'free breakfast' as it was just coffee, individually wrapped sugar muffins, granola bars, and oatmeal. Oh, and they were out of the oatmeal. As I was traveling with an infant, I had relied on this quick fix in the morning. Staff was friendly.
Spacious Room! Just stayed a night in Anchorage, had no complaints about the hotel. Was within walking distance to downtown Anchorage, the rooms were large and had cooking facilities. The breakfast provided is more like a snack - hotel staff make you aware when you check in.

Great Staff!!!! I booked this hotel for my father and son's trip to Alaska and the staff was just awesome. I believe Krista was her name, she was working the front desk when I called with a question about our booking and she was EXTREMELY helpful, polite, and pleasant to deal with. I needed a room with two beds, but they only had 1 room left and it only had 1 king bed. I was a good room. problem is that the door wouldn't shut on its own after you went in or out. I walked in and the door was open. I made sure to check no one was in the room. There was no continental breakfast all three mornings I stayed. If you say there is breakfast, then give me breakfast. The lady at the counter said their shipment didn't come in. Then you need to go to Costco or Sam's Club and buy the needed breakfast and put it out. Overall it wasn't bad.

Excellent service We received a great welcome from the front desk clerk and offered excellent restaurants in the area. Room was very clean and elevator was very fast to go up and down . Hotel was in walking distant to shops and restaurants.

Downtown Anchorage Friendly staff. Lots of amenities available just by asking. Walkable to downtown and connections for transit buses, railway, etc. No shuttle available after September 1 even though we were told there would be.
