The staff's are relatively lazy.The room cleaning is not good.The regular facility is not well maintained.

working / vacation One comment: The wifi link failed to work with my laptop and I-phone. People at the front desk helped with no success.

Only stayed one night. Staff was wonderful as well as the pool and hot tub. The beds left a little to be desired, but not bad enough that I wouldn't stay again.

Troubles in the hotel The hotel decided to change out room mattresses at 9AM on our check out day, which was well before their official check out time. We were packing for our overseas flight to England. Had to pack on empty bed frame. Complained to front desk. Finally a manager agreed to compensate us. Waiting now to see if that compensation actually happens! Sorry to give this feedback. Stayed here before and all OK, except hotel shuttle bus which broke down picking us up at the airport. meh The rooms were clean and nice, but having to pay for parking is uncool. Slamming doors all morning from other guests. No tv guide. I probably wouldn't stay again. The midtown location is MUCH better.

Good hotel near to the city center Good enough. Staff was friendly. Breakfast need to be improved and they should clean the rooms more frequently

価格相応でしょうか ・入室時、おそらく清掃スタッフのゴミと掃除用雑巾がそのままになっていた。 ・空調がちょっとうるさい。 ・内装や水回りの清潔感は十分。 ・基本的に静か。 ・スッタフに対応は好感が持てる。 ・朝ごはんはちょっと寂しい。 ・夏は稼ぎ時のようで、どのホテルも値段が高い中では価格相応かと思います。ちょっと街はずれにありますが、アンカレッジは小さい町なので、レストランまで歩いていくのも苦になる距離ではありませんでした。

pretty great for a relatively short stay The room was clean and surprisingly well outfitted - no dirty sheets, bed bugs, dirty towels, or rude staff when I checked in at around 8PM. Not sure what other reviewers were talking about. For the length of my three night stay, no cleaning staff came at all though, so that was a bummer. They give you soap but any other amenities need to be asked for at the desk. I had trouble with my room keys on the third night, but the staff was cordial and happy to re-assign the keys for my room.... read more

Good size room They don't have a baby crib, which the website said they would have one.
