Good basic hotel Reasonable location, $16 taxi from railway. Room clean, but a bit warm, no cooling in the room. Didn't use the small indoor pool. Good for a night.

Lindo hotel en el centro El hotel es muy bonito aunque las camas de las habitaciones muy pequeñas.

Not a great location The place was understaffed. There were no towels and no schuttle.

Quick stay for one night. We arrived in Anchorage by train around 8 and left again by train the next morning at 6 so it was a quick trip. In that time we went out to dinner and a local bar so we were barely in the room. Overall the hotel was fine - nothing special. Convenient walking distance to lots of restaurants. The handle on our toilet was literally falling out of the toilet so we had some issues flushing.

A bed A suitable spot for a layover following a ride on the Alaskan rail.

I was very impressed with the accommodations. Staff was courteous, and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

Cheap place to stay downtown, but that's it. When we checked in, there was still a dirty plate in the microwave. We also found several toys from the previous tenants, and clothes under the bed. The AC didn't work and the heater blew constant hot air. Even when unplugged it still radiated heat. Had to sleep with the window open just to keep from burning up. Stayed there for 4 weeks and was told on check in that they would service the room once a week. They serviced our room once, when we requested it at the front desk. Than n... read more
