Good value They are always welcoming to pets & accommodating to special needs such as non-smoking & handicap accessible. Parking can be an issue.
Nice hotel and staff were very friendly Overall experience it was very family friendly and we loved it. We'd definitely make a stay there again next time we are able to visit anchorage :) very convenient location and close to everything!
Good: cleanliness is good overall and its quiet. Can request an extended checkout. Bad: requested staff to clean the bathtub when checking in, maid didn't clean the room and was told to throw away my own trash, staff told me to bring my own dirty towels to the front desk. The vending machines didn't work so the front desk gave us free snacks. Don't get fooled by the free breakfast, its skimpy: oranges, snack bars, little oatmeal packs, coffee and cocoa were provided.
achoo:( Hotel didn't clean room,said ONLY staying for 4 days don't need maid service.They only clean rooms 1 a week,have to throw your own trash,parking is small 10 bux a day for parking too!
Quick Trip I chose this hotel because of it's price,location AND the fact that they offered a free airport shuttle. They did not mention that the shuttle only ran certain hours, so I still had to take a taxi around 10pm to get there. They assigned another person to my room on my 2nd day there, cancelled my room keys, and showed me checking out a day early. All of these things were annoying and took time to fix. The price is great for downtown Anchorage, but I would choose to stay somewhere else next time.
accomadations when you stay for a while and have a family you only get a spoonful when you really need a cup!
Near downtown shopping and restraunts Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall friendlyness was great
Clean room but very very small space between beds and table. Coffee cups were broken/chipped. Nice airport shuttle. So-so breakfast and pool. Nice staff.
