Parking lot nearly destroyed our van. Orbitz site said there was a pool, no pool. Free breakfast consisted of very weak coffee and a refrigerated muffin.

The managers were very nice. Their front desk staff were not as knoweledgeable as they should have been. We got an upcharge that the manager was nice enough to reimburse.
