Didn’t like how we had to wait for the bed bugs to be taken care of. Especially how the staff complained they should’ve been reported ASAP but we were busy all day

I liked the fast internet. I did not like the smell of our room, it smelled of cigarettes and old people. I scrubbed the tub before taking a bath and it was disgusting like it wasn’t deep cleaned in a long time. The dishes we were given were not washed well either, they had food on them still.

Not impressed with personnel Extended stay was very clean and nice small rooms. We had requested a smoking room which they no longer offer but were given what had to have been a smoking room due to all the cigarette burns on the carpet. Since we were staying additional nights, had to wait for clean towels and linens because the ones available were only going to rooms where there were no guests yet.
