Staff were great and friendly. Limited toiletries was the only real negative
We spent three nights at the property, and the overall experience was modest. The staff stood out for their warmth and attentiveness, always ready to help with our questions. Our room featured a kitchenette, but it lacked basic essentials such as a coffee pot and cooking utensils, which limited its usefulness. Several standard amenities were missing, and the bath water was only lukewarm with low pressure, making showers less comfortable. Room was very dated and were not provided towels for the number of guest
The hotel was super nice. The staff largely left you alone to go about your business. When I arrived, the room was clean.
