Clean but not staff could use an upgrade I booked my stay on Hotels.com and the hotel couldn’t see it in their system. Long story short, I had to do the booking all over for just one night! Went to ask the women at the front desk for towels and wash cloths and she asked us to bring her the dirty ones first before we could clean ones! Really?!!!! The grab n go breakfast is a joke! The place is right in the center of Alpharetta and close to my client and this was the only reason I chose to stay here. If you're on a budget and want the use of a kitchen, this is a decent place. If you're used to staying in more updated and modern hotels, you may not be happy here. For me, I stayed here for 1 week and won't be staying here again. The room was ok but I'd prefer to stay in a more modern hotel.
