Very bare bones, clean the rooms once a week and you take out your own trash.

Average trip Rooms and towels could have been cleaner. People were nice. Grab and go breakfast was uninspired.

Pretty good for the price! We don't understand people's complaints. We had an awesome stay for the price charged. Yes, breakfast is just a coffee, but you can't ask more for this price. The room is like a suite with everything you need to make your own food. Hotel is nice, clean and renovated. Location is great and the ladies from the front desk were awesome and friendly. I'd come back, for sure.

Staff needs re-training but hotel was clean. Hotel staff was not professional at all and did not seem to know what they were doing. I was first sent to a room that was not yet cleaned. They did upgrade me to a suite which was nice but upon check-out they tried to charge me for the suite price. Staff needs some additional training. Front desk clerk seemed stressed and confused. Said that breakfast was at 7 but when I went down at 7:20, there was no breakfast being served, other than cereal and coffee.

I was in town for business for three days. The accommodations were very reasonable for cost. The access to the area is fantastic. The only small issue I had was the room service. I assumed my room would be cleaned and linens changed daily, but this was not the case being an extended stay. I'll toss it up to a lesson learned. Overall a very reasonable place to stay.

good value for the $ The only thing that could have been better is to have a business center. I don't have a lap top computer and needed access (briefly) to the internet. No luck.
