Could be better... Easy to find location. Let me say the front desk staff was awesome! The hotel was booked and they upgraded me without a word. They called two other hotels to accommodate my pets, but it worked out in the end. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not clean. I cleaned urine off the toilet. Glad I carry my own Lysol when I travel. Even though they have been remodeled, the room heater didn't work and the room stayed chilly. They bed in the executive suite was not very comfortable.

Reasonable property Property was reasonably well taken care of, but there were some little things that could use improvement. Several things weren't working quite right - remote control, sink & shower nozzle. You had to go to the front desk to get dishes for the kitchen- it wasn't stocked prior to arrival. Two of the three desk clerks were very nice & helpful.
Clean place close to mall and shopping centers...very nice town!

Affordable hotel Affordable price for over night stay, breakfast could have been better it wasn't what I was expecting. Customer service was great.
A very rude greeting We arrived to check in and were asked at "which address" was our reservation. We said we did not know there were two reservations and asked if he could just look us up by name in his computer and he said "no." He finally called to the building NEXT DOOR and was told that they had our reservation. So, we went next door and stood in the lobby for over 10 minutes before someone came to the front desk.
